Pastor Barry started at Bethel Reformed Church on Sept. 1st, 2009. He grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. He received his Masters of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI.
Pastor Barry met his wife Nicole Andeberg of Adel, IA in the summer of 1997 at Spirit Lake, IA. They were married in the summer of 2000. Nicole received her Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Audiology and her Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from the University of Northern Iowa. Before being called to ministry, Pastor Barry worked as a Graphic Designer in both Eastern and Central Iowa. Once he was called, he worked as a youth pastor at Westview Church in Waukee, IA. While he was a youth pastor, he completed his Master's of Divinity using Western Theological Seminary's distance program. Pastor Barry was ordained in September 2009 at Westview Church. Pastor Barry and Nicole have three children: Abbey, Aaron, and Austin. Pastor Barry accepted a call to Waupon, Wisconsin in December 2016. Back to the Ministers of Bethel list |
