Rev. J. J. Hollenbrands (1907-1910)

Bethel Reformed was the first charge of Rev. and Mrs. J. J. Hollebrands. Most of the Dutch families living near Chandler belonged to the Leota Reformed Church. Because of the distance, they requested permission from the consistory of Leota to have Rev. Hollebrands preach in the Dutch language at the Chandler Lutheran church.
Rev. and Mrs. Hollebrands had three children, Laura, Altman, and Edwin.
He accepted a call to the Reformed Church at Waupun, Wisconsin in 1910.
Rev and Mrs. Hollebrands both died in the fall of 1957.
